99Fi acts as an Authorized Representative of regulated partners where required. Our services may involve regulated activities such as money transmission and identity verification, which are delivered in accordance with jurisdictional requirements.

2.1 App Features
  • Core Services: Access to money transfer and payment features.
  • Optional Features: Deferred settlement tools to support users who need short-term flexibility to complete remittances.
2.2 Subscription Management
  • Cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice
  • Subscriptions terminate at the end of the billing cycle
2.3 Payment Transparency

All fees are clearly disclosed within the App or website before use, including:

  • Processing fees
  • Service charges for optional features
2.4 Limitations

99Fi does not:

  • Offer credit repair services
  • Provide legal, financial, or tax advice
  • Act as a lender or engage in consumer lending
3. Advance Payment & Deferred Settlement
3.1 Nature of the Advance

Eligible users may use our deferred settlement feature to complete a transaction in advance of full payment. This is not a loan or line of credit.

  • Advances are strictly for completing a designated remittance transaction.
  • Users agree to repay the balance within the specified time frame.
3.2 No Lending Relationship

By using this feature, users agree and understand that:

  • 99Fi is not extending credit or offering a loan.
  • No interest is charged on the deferred amount.
  • Use of the service does not constitute a credit relationship under any consumer lending laws.
3.3 Eligibility and Responsibility

Eligibility is determined through internal criteria, including identity verification, usage behavior, and transaction history. Users are responsible for timely repayment. Failure to repay:

  • May lead to loss of access to the feature or other 99Fi services.
  • May trigger collection efforts through permitted channels.

By using 99Fi’s deferred settlement feature, you authorize us to assess your eligibility using financial data, including phone number verification and third-party tools. You also authorize us to report your account status and payment history to applicable consumer reporting or compliance databases, including negative status updates such as delinquencies, where permitted by law.

4.1 Data Collection and Use

99Fi processes data in compliance with GDPR, PIPEDA, and US privacy regulations.

4.2 User Obligations

Users must keep their information accurate and report any account misuse promptly.

Financial activities like payments and credit usage are reported to CRAs to help build your credit history.

4.3 Account Deletion

Accounts may be deleted upon request, provided:

  • All balances are repaid
  • All transactions are settled
  • Regulatory or legal requirements are fulfilled

Some data may be retained post-deletion for fraud prevention, dispute handling, or regulatory compliance.
